Rental & Service Supervisor (Dublin) 

We are now recruiting for a Rental & Service Supervisor, (Dublin based) who can take their career to the next level within a leading and growing fleet management company to help the business meet its ambitious growth targets.

Role Overview:
Responsible for the supervision of the Customer Service team (administration/rental desk). To ensure all daily rental operational processes are carried out effectively and rental best practice is adopted. Be commercially aware of the target customer base and provide excellent service to same. Assist with other Customer Service activities as and when required. Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded. Ensure changes and improvements to the Customer Service performance, process and compliance. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the central function workshop departments.

Key Requirements:
✓ Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent
✓ Previous experience managing a medium size Customer service call centre & front of house team ✓ Professional manner with track record in delivering excellent customer service
✓ Knowledge of in-house database.
✓ Ability to source information regarding manufacturers recommendations on repairs and road worthiness legal requirements.
✓ Team player and an ability to perform in a pressured environment.
✓ Strong administration and organisation skills.
✓ Excellent communication, problem solving and customer facing skills.
✓ PC Competency: Excel and Word.

Desirable:
✓ Business Management certificate/diploma
✓ Experience within a vehicle rental company is desirable
✓ Mechanical background in either repair or maintenance control desirable
✓ Health & Safety qualification

Technician - Qualified Mechanic

We have exciting opportunities for qualified mechanics to join our team in Dublin

Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out repairs on motor vehicles to the standards required by the company
  • Ensuring that all vehicles that are inspected, worked on or serviced are maintained to a standard that ensures the vehicle is compliant with all legislation
  • Carry out all legal inspections in line with company & NRA guidelines
  • Liaise with the workshop manager/supervisor/foreman over required repairs
  • Complete all required paperwork to the standards required by the company
  • Mark & store all warranty displaced parts correctly
  • Identify any chargeable work & report to the Workshop Manager/Supervisor
  • General housekeeping of the workshop area

Technicians have the ability to earn overtime & an extra €2400 per year if targets are achieved.

Valeter

We have a vacancy within our Workshop team for a Valeter

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly checked and cleaned to Rentable Standards and provide exceptional customer service at all times by acting in a professional and helpful manner and supporting the branch and team in achieving KPIs. 
  • Responsible and accountable for preparation of vehicles to the highest standards for rental
  • Support Rental Desk to check in and check out vehicles using a PDA
  • Responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times and upholding the company values, Professional, Team Work and Can Do Attitude. This includes:
  • To enhance and contribute to the company’s reputation for outstanding, professional and excellent customer service through high standards of housekeeping, personal behaviour, presentation and image.
  • Develop & maintain good relationships with all internal & external customers.
  • Respond & communicate to customers with the upmost care & attention.
  • Give priority to customer ‘walk ins’ when working on site.
  • Support Rental Desk to cover Driving duties in emergencies
