No. We can only accept original hard copies provided in person at the time of hire for proof of address. Data protection laws mean that we cannot accept electronic copies emailed from smartphones or mobile devices while you are at the branch.

A minimum of 2 working hours must be given for collection. If you need a van sooner than 2 working hours contact your local branch. Please note that we may require more notice for specialist vehicles or during particularly busy periods.
Yes, you can cancel or modify a reservation depending on vehicle availability for no extra charge unless, where delivery has been requested, the driver has not left the depot or work on additional equipment eg tow bars has commenced.
If the vehicle is on a flexible hire then there is no charge for returning a vehicle within working hours. However, if you have a fixed term contract and return the vehicle before the duration of the contract has elapsed then penalties apply.
If you return the vehicle later than the time specified on the order confirmation sent by us, we reserve the right to charge you for the additional days that you have had possession of the vehicle. The charges incurred will be at the usual daily rental rate of that vehicle. This charge will be taken from your deposit. If you are attempting to return the vehicle on time but are held up by unforeseen circumstances, you should contact the local branch to inform them of the delay.
You will be responsible for any costs of parking fines or others penalties incurred whilst you rent the vehicle. We reserve the right to make reasonable charges for our time incurred and the administration costs involved in processing any fines and/or penalties.
If you are hiring your vehicle for over 28 days your account will be managed by the new business manager who helped you set up your account. After 12 months your account will be managed by a dedicated account manager.
